Lib Dem campaigner stands at Netherfield Road car park

'No' to parking charges at Netherfield Road car park

Parking charges are to be imposed on users of Netherfield Road car park.

Labour-run Leeds City Council is planning to introduce charges for users of the car park in Guiseley. Lib Dem campaigners in Leeds North West are fighting against the short-sighted plan. Parking charges will likely discourage people from using the railway station and we fear a parking nightmare for residents and businesses in the surrounding area.

We want to send a clear message to the council that they are making a bad decision, and urge local residents, businesses and users of Guiseley railway station to sign our petition!
