Don't Fence off the River Wharfe in Otley

We the undersigned are concerned that ROSPA's proposals to fence the River Wharfe between the weir and Otley Bridge would be detrimental to the open character of the park. We ask that ROSPA look again at their proposal and produce a safety solution more in keeping with the nature of the area.
