Cllr Brenda Lancaster at the All Being Well stall with members of staff, Stuart Simmons and Sue Rose of the Osmondthorpe resource centre, dept of social services
Leeds residents have been urged to take advantage of a Kirkgate Market stall that is offering free medical advice. Supported by a range of professional bodies including Leeds Teaching Hospitals, the aptly named All Being Well stall has been proving a big hit with market goers. Recently, the stall showcased information for people suffering from head injuries. Councillor Brenda Lancaster attended the event and took time to explain why people should go along and visit the stall.
Councillor Brenda Lancaster (Lib Dem, Moortown) said "Having seen first hand the great service the stall provides, I would urge people to get down to Kirkgate Market. The event I attended proved very informative and not only relevant to those already suffering head injuries as the stall highlighted preventative measures too."
