Local Councillor welcomes clampdown on illegal cars

Local Cllr Penny Ewens (Lib Dem, Hyde Park & Woodhouse) has welcomed news that the Council is to tow away seven untaxed cars in Little London as part of ongoing crime and grime initiative, Operation Apollo.
Councillor Penny Ewens (Lib Dem, Hyde Park & Woodhouse) said "The local community will be glad to see the back of these vehicles that are both illegal and clog up premium parking space. By towing the untaxed vehicles we are sending out a clear message that this sort of crime will not be tolerated."
