Drinking Controls on Woodhouse Moor

Headingley ward members have been made aware of proposals to temporarily relocate the St. George's Crypt homeless shelter to the former Mount St. Mary's school site on St. John's Road in Burley. The close location of this site to Woodhouse Moor means ward members will have to consider the impact this could have on street drinking in the area.

The school was also roundly criticised for failing to send representatives to the meeting to talk about their proposals.
